Luke Holden is founder and CEO of Luke’s Lobster and a 3rd generation lobsterman. He opened his first lobster shack in 2009 while living in New York City and craving a taste of home. Luke’s Lobster has now grown into a $30 million dollar per year business, with shacks across the U.S. and abroad.
Luke grew up on the working waterfront and is passionate about supporting Maine’s coastal communities. At the forefront of his business is a commitment to sustainable fishing practices and low environmental impact. The company buys directly from Maine fisherman that they know and trust, tracing their seafood from dock to plate.
