Craig Stewart spends every day on the water searching for scallops, from sunrise to sunset. He is a 4th generation fisherman and captain of the Carl & Co., a scallop and lobster boat operating out of Casco Bay. Scallop beds are detected through sound and Craig loves the thrill of the hunt.

Once harvested, he supplies them to his customers along the Maine waterfront. Craig’s scallops are fresh and delicious-a product of the clean, clear Maine waters they come from and the care with which they are caught.
